The Wedding Expo® is recognised nationally as the best known and reliable brand producing the largest, most prestigious and longest standing bridal show in southern African. The show is known for its quality and diversity of exhibitor, ensuring an experience for brides and grooms that is comprehensive in both style and budget, therefore appealing to a variety of visitors.
From inception in 2001 with one show per year, the show quickly grew to meet demands and in 2005 increased to two shows annually. In 2015, The Wedding Expo launched in Durban at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and in Cape Town at the Cape Town Stadium, moving to the CTICC in 2016.
Collectively, The Wedding Expo hosts up to 750 premier bridal industry exhibitors per year and almost 20 000 visitors per year, who come from all over South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia and as far afield as Kenya.
