The Hiranya Mandala School of Yoga Integration and Meditation was founded in 2020 by George Demetriades during the CO-VID lockdown as an online offering, since moved to a dedicated space in Parktown North in Johannesburg. "Health and soul culture are our specialty" says George Demetriades who has been teaching Yoga techniques for 12+ years and practicing for 14+ years. He is a Sanskrit grammarian and a Vedic Priest in training. He is also a Graphic Designer with 17+ years of experience.

We offer a wide range of Hatha Yoga lessons (ISHTA Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga). In addition, the Hiranya Mandala School of Yoga Integration and Meditation offers studies in Sanskrit grammar (IGCSE, University of Cambridge) and the Bhagavad Gita. Furthermore, the Hiranya Mandala School of Yoga Integration and Meditation provides practical and theoretical training in Hatha Yoga,  Tantra and Ayurveda to empower people to live a life of well-being and harmony, as well as to teach others to do the same, thereby harmonising the world.
